Process & line planning
Map the current operation, product flow, takt time, operators, quality gates and available factory space before defining the equipment.
INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATIONCustom production line integration
Yoson coordinates machines, handling, tooling and controls into a production system built around your product, workflow and factory conditions—from one engineered cell to a complete linked line.

More than a machine
A production line is not simply a row of machines. Product positioning, material transfer, cycle balance, safety, data and operator access must work together. We define the scope only after reviewing the actual application and interfaces.
Integration scope
The final line may use all six layers or only the elements needed to remove the current production constraint.
Map the current operation, product flow, takt time, operators, quality gates and available factory space before defining the equipment.
Combine fixtures, pressing, dispensing, screwdriving, soldering or other application-specific mechanisms into repeatable stations.
Connect operations with conveyors, lifts, indexing tables, robots, feeders, loading and unloading matched to the part and process.
Coordinate PLC, HMI, recipes, sensors, safety logic and upstream or downstream signals under one control concept.
Add vision, presence checks, measurements, reject handling and production-data interfaces where the acceptance plan requires them.
Review the design, assemble and debug the line, run agreed tests and prepare installation, training and delivery documentation.

Project path
Each stage creates a clearer technical baseline before the next commitment.
Understand the product, sequence, current bottleneck and expected result.
Define the station layout, automation level, interfaces and responsibility split.
Confirm tooling, controls, safety, quality checks and acceptance conditions.
Coordinate assembly, debugging, agreed trials, documentation and delivery support.
Start with the process
You do not need a finished specification. Share what is available; we will identify the missing technical questions.
Send project information →Equipment images are representative process references. Final configuration, performance, layout and acceptance criteria are confirmed for the actual product and project scope.
Application review
Share product photos, drawings or a process video together with your target cycle time, output and quality requirements. We will help define a practical next step.
