Electronic enclosure filling
Evaluate potting around connectors, boards and assemblies where the fill level and access path must be controlled. The component layout and acceptable result guide the filling sequence.
INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATIONEquipment & application review
A two-component potting project needs a coordinated material-supply, metering, mixing and filling concept. Yoson helps define this scope around the selected material and workpiece, then coordinates the equipment and process evaluation with manufacturing partners.

Application fit
Start with the material supplier's data, the part cavity and the required cured result. Agree how the ratio and shot quantity will be checked, how production pauses will be handled and how samples will be evaluated before committing to a machine configuration.
Evaluate potting around connectors, boards and assemblies where the fill level and access path must be controlled. The component layout and acceptable result guide the filling sequence.
Review applications using mixed materials along a defined bead or joint. The process may need both a controlled mix and programmed movement around the part.
Define a repeatable loading pattern when several parts are filled in one cycle. The time between mixing and application must be assessed alongside the production sequence.
Configuration decisions
Provide both components' technical data, the supplier's mixing ratio and whether that ratio is specified by weight or volume. Do not assume the two ratio definitions are interchangeable.
Discuss normal cycle time, breaks, shutdown and restart. Mixing-tube replacement, purging and cleaning arrangements depend on the material and selected equipment.
Define the method for checking ratio, dispensed quantity, fill level and cured samples. Heating, agitation or vacuum processing should be evaluated only where the material and acceptance requirements call for them.

No. Viscosity, filler content, required quantity, working time, temperature and compatibility also need review. A stated ratio is only one part of the equipment brief.
These are application-dependent options. Their need and scope must be confirmed against material instructions, samples and the required result.
The equipment proposal is based on the selected material and its supplier's process information. Material formulation and equipment development are separate scopes; responsibilities are clarified during application review.
