Review the material and workpiece, select the motion and material-supply concept, define the fixture and loading method, then agree on a sample trial and acceptance criteria. A machine proposal should describe both the dispensing process and how parts enter and leave the station.
Industrial sealing and bonding
Programmed beads and sealing paths on housings, covers, filters and other components. Review path continuity, part location, start and stop points and the required inspection method.
Two-component potting
Metering, mixing and filling for applications using two-part materials. Material ratio, usable working time, fill quantity and cleaning requirements must be confirmed before selecting the supply system.

Desktop or gantry platform
Consider a standard motion platform when the workpiece fits its envelope and loading can remain manual. Share the actual part height and dispensing path as well as overall dimensions.
Vision-guided workstation
Evaluate camera positioning when part placement or orientation varies. Samples and visible reference features are needed to assess localization; vision does not replace material-process testing.
In-line or multi-station system
Consider connected stations when loading, dispensing, curing or inspection must work within a production sequence. Define handshakes, handling and target output together.

Can one dispensing machine handle every adhesive?+
Material compatibility depends on the valve, supply system, seals, temperature requirements and process. Share the adhesive data sheet and intended result so these items can be checked together.
Can we test parts before confirming a configuration?+
Sample evaluation can be coordinated where the application requires it. The samples, material, trial scope and acceptance method are agreed for the project before testing.
How are Vietnam and Thailand projects supported?+
