PCB assembly joints
Repeated soldering points and accessible joint patterns on circuit-board assemblies. Component height, board support and nearby temperature-sensitive areas need to be considered.
INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATIONEquipment & application review
Programmable soldering brings repeated joints into a defined machine sequence. Yoson coordinates point, drag and multi-head soldering configurations based on the assembly, joint access and required production flow, with sample-joint evaluation before final technical confirmation.

Application fit
Review the joint drawing and current process, confirm the solder and flux information, plan the tool path and fixture, then evaluate representative joints. Acceptance criteria should describe the required result rather than only the machine movement.
Repeated soldering points and accessible joint patterns on circuit-board assemblies. Component height, board support and nearby temperature-sensitive areas need to be considered.
Dedicated fixtures for consistent presentation of terminals and connector assemblies. Provide drawings and samples showing how the parts are held before soldering.
Multiple fixtures or heads can be reviewed when the process and throughput justify them. The layout must still allow loading, tip access, cleaning and inspection.
Configuration decisions
Check the approach angle, working clearance and support under the joint. A fixture must locate the assembly while leaving the necessary soldering and inspection access.
Review solder-wire specification, flux, temperature settings, dwell and movement together. Suitable values depend on the joint and material; they are confirmed through process evaluation.
Define how the finished joint is accepted and whether fume extraction, vision checks or line interfaces belong in the equipment scope. Requirements should be agreed before the station is built.
Start the technical review
Share the information you already have. We will identify what still needs to be confirmed before a configuration and quotation can be prepared.
Send project information →Process reference
Use the operating reference to explain a similar step in your production. Send your own part and process video so differences in fixtures, handling and acceptance can be reviewed.
View more automation processes →Before you specify
A video is useful for initial review. Representative samples may still be needed to evaluate access, heat transfer and the resulting joints before confirming the configuration.
The benefit depends on the joint pattern, loading sequence and process balance. The full station cycle must be reviewed rather than comparing head count alone.
Conveyor, fixture-transfer and control interfaces can be evaluated. Share the existing line layout, transfer method and signal requirements.
Application review
Share product photos, drawings or a process video together with your target cycle time, output and quality requirements. We will help define a practical next step.
